Ocean freight to Poland requires a longer transit time. We strongly recommend the following timeline:

  • 120 days before: Confirm sailing schedules and book space.
  • 90 days before: Complete packing and export customs clearance.
  • 30 days before: Cargo arrives at European ports for customs clearance and inland transport.

For air freight, please start arranging at least 45 days in advance.

  • Display-only & Returning (Temporary Import): You must apply for an ATA Carnet to be exempt from import duties and taxes.
